If you could take a class right now and learn anything in the world, what class would you take?
There's several things I'd like to learn how to do, so I might take German, for one.
My husband's family is German, and he really wants Gavin to know some German. (We bought Muzzy DVDs for Gavin- the big giant green monster that teaches languages to young children, he LOVES it!) But I can't learn much from those- not anything too useful anyways. I'm considering trying Rosetta Stone in German, our library has it where you can borrow it, so I could do that before committing $$.
I'd love to be a better crocheter (I hope that's a word), I started teaching myself, but there's just only so much I can teach myself without any real knowledge of crochet!! I gave up on my crocheted whippets...I'll be paying someone to make those for me!!
I loved all my history courses in college- so I guess I'd take one on the history of the British Empire, that's always fascinated me (mostly since I'm a complete anglophile!). The only thing I hated about history was writing papers- same thing for English Lit. I despised writing papers! But I think I would've enjoyed creative writing or journalism.
I also would love to take a photography class. I'm teaching myself that also (not easy when my camera keeps being dysfunctional!!) but I'd love to learn more about the technical side of photography.
I have always loved reading and learning, I just don't have time for it like I used to. Now I'm just trying to pass that love on to my son. It makes me so happy when he brings me a book off the shelf to read, and he climbs in my lap to snuggle in for at least a couple of pages :)
What's your morning beverage of choice? Coffee, tea, juice? Homemade or store-bought?
COFFEE!! I can't live without it! I make my own- usually Hazelnut, no sugar, no milk...yep, straight up :)
I occasionally like to have a plain or hazelnut latte- but live an hour away from any Starbucks (hard to believe I know- well there's sort of one on base, but it's not really the same- and it's in the gym, I feel guilty going to the gym for coffee and not to work out). Sometimes I do get coffee at the bookstore, or if our bible study meets at the coffee shop on the other side of town, but that's rare.
I'm enjoying my cup right now -
(my cup is from our honeymoon to England- and it says "Her Ladyship", Andrew's says "His Lordship"- I know, we're big English dorks!). Finally got Gavin tired enough to take his morning nap, and so now it's my time to relax and charge up for the day ahead (uploading pictures! :) )
What are you saving up for?

I spent 3 years in England when I was younger when my dad was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in Suffolk. And we went to England for our honeymoon, it's truly one of my favorite places on Earth. The culture, the idyllic scenery, the weather even! I long for England, and when I went back it felt so much like I was finally home. I can't wait to go back :)
